Longetivity Senior Homes

My thesis proposes a solution to the need for senior housing in Hong Kong. With a rapidly aging population, a limited area in which to build, and housing costs that are some of the highest in the world, Hong Kong faces a severe housing problem. This proposal will present a new approach to senior housing by addressing affordability, social need, and living quality.
